The company has 12 technical personnel, including 5 experts and 7 middle to senior level technicians, as well as 16 patents. They are actively seeking out talent and technology partnerships with institutions such as Tsinghua University Shenzhen Graphene Research Institute, Dalian Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, HIT and others to establish a top-tier domestic R&D and manufacturing base. They also conduct research and development and manufacture new products according to customer requirements.

主要产品及生产能力 电池负极材料球形石墨50000吨、可膨胀石墨10000吨、高纯石墨10000吨、石墨纸1000吨、氧化石墨500吨、普通石墨5000吨等。
主要生产设备 公司现有生产线15条。其中：电池负极材料球形石墨球形石墨生产线4条，可膨胀石墨生产线2条，高纯石墨生产线4条，石墨纸生产线1条，石墨乳生产线1条等。
